I offer myself as a human being, for hire, to transform organizations from the inside-out.

I call it "Intrapreneurship as a service".

I operate as a high level generalist business partner to other leaders for 1 - 12 months.

I’m technically an employee, on a mutually agreed upon payroll, but empowered with total autonomy to determine the nature of my work as I see fit, unrestricted.

Of course though, this autonomy is grounded in a shared mission, alignment, respect, transparency, and open communication with my partners.

My work defies definition. You may think "With no predefined task lists or top-down enforced metrics of success... Who would trust this guy?"

Many have. It's not a matter of whether my approach succeeds (it always does); rather, it remains somewhat enigmatic.
